Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

This is a free image hosting and processing service. By uploading, sharing, or viewing an image, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not upload, host, or distribute images that:

• Are used for phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation of any person or organization
• Contain or deliver malware, or are used as an asset host for deceptive or malicious pages
• Depict child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content that is illegal under applicable law
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Contain non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or incitement to violence
• Are used for spam, traffic fraud, or to circumvent security filters

2. Enforcement

We may remove any image, block any content, and ban any user — at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Confirmed abuse may be reported to hosting providers, registrars, and relevant authorities together with recorded metadata, including the uploader's IP address.

3. Image Lifetime

Uploaded images expire automatically and are permanently deleted 30 days after upload. You may also delete your own image at any time using the delete link issued when you upload. This service is not suitable for permanent or archival storage.

4. Abuse Reporting

Anyone can report an abusive image by visiting https://img.plz.ac/abuse and including the image URL. Reported images are reviewed and removed if they violate these terms.

5. Privacy

When you upload an image, we store the uploader's IP address and a timestamp alongside the image for abuse prevention. This data is deleted when the image expires. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and viewers are not tracked beyond Cloudflare's standard infrastructure logs. EXIF metadata can be stripped on request to protect your privacy.

6. Disclaimer

Images are supplied by third parties whose content we do not control or endorse. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
